“Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men.”

Romans 12:17-18

You cannot control how everyone else behaves, but you can choose your response to live at peace. Do not repay evil with evil. As far as it depends on you, forgive, bless, and walk by means of His power dwelling in you.

Revenge is mine, God says, not ours to deliver. He will get back by His justice in a way that is more painful than we could ever do.
