Medical Battle – Sept 25, 2025

In 2002 I contracted the West Nile virus from a mosquito bite. Since then I’ve been suffering with seizures and short term memory loss. I was never able to finish high school or get a driver’s license. My family has shown me so much love and care all through my battle.

I met a wonderful woman years ago who helped my family out when we were having problems with our car. Through her I met a girl, we talked one day but the next day I forgot who she was, due to my memory problems. I found out she liked me. Well, thanks to the Lord she and I have now been married for 15 years and have a wonderful son, something I use to tell myself I would never have.

God has turned that voice off in my head and helped me to see that He will help. I still have bad medical issues, but have faith that the Lord is going to fix them. I so want to give my testimony to others, on how the Lord can take the evil bite of a mosquito on a 360 pound teenager and do so much good with it!!
