Day 4 – Prayer and Worship
INTRO
Welcome to the 4th day of our 8-day journey! Today I want to share with you the importance of regular prayer and worship. Prayer is a conversation with God. You can talk to Him just as you would talk to your friend, bringing your joys and sorrows to Him. Through prayer we communicate with God, worship Him and seek His guidance for our lives. During prayer, you can just be yourself and you don’t have to use big words. The Lord’s Prayer in Matthew 6:9-13 can be a model for you to use in your daily time of prayer. Join me today as we learn more about prayer and worship.

TODAY’S PRAYER
Jesus, I pray that I will learn the joy of daily communication with You and that you will give me guidance. As I worship, pray and listen, let me experience Your peace that passes all understanding. Help me to discern Your voice, above all other voices, for God you promise us that Your sheep would know Your voice. In Jesus name. Amen.
