“Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

Matthew 11:29–30

Jesus doesn’t give you more to carry. He gives you rest. His yoke isn’t heavy because He is the One pulling the weight. When you are tired, spiritually or emotionally, come to Him. He is gentle, He is kind, and He wants to give your soul the deep breath you have been longing for.

What heavy burden are you carrying that Jesus invites you to release? Write about an area in your life where you need to exchange your burden for His rest. What would it mean to take His yoke today?
