Ever had anxiety hit you like a wave? I have. But when I brought it to God, something incredible happened. He didn’t just calm the storm around me, He brought joy into the middle of it. His comfort can reach into your deepest fear and pull out peace.

Reflection for Today

First, feel the feeling. Then, accept the feeling. Finally, confront irrational fears by action towards, not avoiding. Your anxiety will reduce instead of increase.
