Jesus gives peace in a way the world never could. His presence. You don’t have to let fear or anxiety steal your calm. His peace is deeper than your situation, and stronger than whatever is coming against you. Breathe. He’s got you.

Pay attention to the tension. Describe what’s currently causing anxiety or fear. Listen to your body. God’s early warning alert system means asking God to clarify what is going on in our own hearts and minds to be aware of what to change.
