Hunger for the Word is a sign of a newborn believer in Jesus Christ. Just as a baby depends on milk to grow, believers need regular intake of God’s Word to mature in their faith. Spiritual growth doesn’t happen automatically. It requires a deep hunger for truth and nourishment from God.
