I'm traveling from out of town. What is the closest airport?

DFW International Airport and Dallas-Love Field are conveniently located near all major highways and average only a 30 minute drive to Plano, Texas

What hotel would you recommend?

Plano offers many wonderful hotels, restaurants and shopping to enjoy during your stay.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Plano/Richardson is a newly renovated 3-star hotel, located 4 miles from the Plano Event Center. They offer complimentary parking, wi-fi and hot breakfast. In honor of our 20 year anniversary, Homewood Suites is offering a celebratory discount for our guests.

If you prefer a 4-star full-service hotel, please check out The Renaissance Legacy West located 10 miles from the Plano Event Center.

Is there a fee for parking at the Plano Event Center?

Complimentary valet is provided.

What time can I arrive?

Doors will open at 5:00pm.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire is recommended. Black tie optional.

Will there be dinner?

Heavy hors d’oeuvres, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks will be served from 5:15pm – 6:30pm.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Our menu will offer gluten and dairy free options. If you have additional restrictions, please email events@nickvm.org by October 15th. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are kids allowed to attend?

Each attendee with a paid ticket may attend. Children must be supervised by an adult.

If I attend, will I get the opportunity to meet Nick?

Absolutely! and you’ll probably get a hug and a picture too!

I am not able to attend but want to celebrate. Will this be livestreamed?

We are recording the celebration to broadcast at a later date.

What if it rains?

Rain or shine, we will be celebrating at the same time.
